We write further to your request which was received on 4 September 2020 and which states (sic) - numbered for ease of reference:

"Please supply me with 1. a full list of Bus Vannin's minibus fleet, showing for each vehicle the delivery date, current mileage, and whether they are used for ConnectVillages or ConnectPorts services. 2. Please also supply a full list of the operational bases where the minibuses are stabled - and whether planning permission was granted for this use. 3. What are the rules on these vehicles being parked overnight outside drivers' homes?" 1. A spreadsheet is attached which notes “CPV” against those vehicles which can be used on Connect Ports and Villages. 2. A list of Operating Centres is attached; the Operator’s Licence having been granted by the RTLC when they were satisfied that those sites requiring planning consent have it in place. 3. All minibuses are parked at approved locations except in an emergency when it could be any Government premises. It is important to point out that the Licence covers minibuses used by the emergency services. Please quote the reference number 1458177 in any future communications.
