Original Request

Queen Elizabeth II High School changed it's PE kit in the past few years. My request is for the following information: Why did the school decide to change the PE kit? Was the impact of the additional cost to parents assessed? Was the environmental impacts of the new uniform considered? What is the selection process for choosing which companies will supply items? Is the new kit is available anywhere else other than Top-To-Toe? Was the price of the items approved by QE2 school? Does Queen Elizabeth II High School earn any amount of money from it's professional relationship with Top-to-Toe? If so is this based on a fixed fee for being the school's supplier or on a percentage/cash back basis for items produced? If yes how much income was earned this way by the school in the last couple of years? Does Queen Elizabeth II High School earn any amount of money from the sale of the optional 'Phoenix' Samuri sportswear? If so is this percentage/commission based? If yes how much income was earned this way by the school in the last couple of years?
