"Does the Isle of Man make any financial payments to the United Kingdom for defence? If so can you provide the annual figures since the year 2000."

The Isle of Man makes an annual financial contribution in recognition of defence and other common services provided on its behalf by the United Kingdom Government. The amount is determined in accordance with an agreement between the governments of the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom which took effect from April 1992. The payments made by the Isle of Man to the UK since 2000 are set out in the table below.
