"Please can you provide me with the following information: - the name of the Data Protection Officer and contact details for the Isle of Man Probation Service - A Subject Access Request Form if it is required to be in a specific format."
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, under section 20 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you, whether free of charge or on payment of a fee. Some of the information that you have requested is available from the following link https://www.gov.im/about-the-government/departments/home-affairs/home-affairs- privacy-notice/#accordion However, under s15 of the FoIA [Duty to provide advice and assistance], and in the interests of providing such in order to qualify the application of the practical refusal reason, the following information is provided: The name of the Data Protection Officer can be obtained by contacting the following email address dpo-dha@gov.im, and in relation to the specific format when requesting a Subject Access Request; there are no specific format required.
