Please can you provide a list of parties/groups that have received successful applications grants for Exemption from Isolation. In order to identify and locate the information that you have asked for we need some further information from you. In particular, it would be helpful if you could provide the following clarification: 1. Confirm which sectors your request relates, are you wanting information on critical national infrastructure exemptions or medical expert and other professionals exceptions from self-isolation for example. Answer: Critical National Infrastructure and other Professionals. 2. Please can you clarify what is mean by the terms "parties" and "groups" Answer: I seeking information regarding single or group applications that have been approved 3. Please can you clarify the time period your request for information relates. 31/3/20 - present We will not be able to process your request until this information is received and you have 28 days from the date of this notice in which to respond. We write further to your request which was received on 20 July 2020 and which states:

"Please can you provide a list of parties/groups that have received successful applications grants for Exemption from Isolation.” On the 20 July 2020 we asked you to clarify your request to help us identify and locate the information that you have asked for given the board scope of the request You responded to our questions as follows: 1. Confirm which sectors your request relates, are you wanting information on critical national infrastructure exemptions or medical expert and other professional exceptions from self-isolation for example. Answer: Critical National Infrastructure and other Professionals. 2. Please can you clarify what is mean by the terms "parties" and "groups" Answer: I seeking information regarding single or group applications that have been approved 3. Please can you clarify the time period your request for information relates: 31/3/20 - present Our response: I have enclosed a list of exemption certificates issued in relation to national infrastructure and other professions from 31 March 2020 to 06 August 2020.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide the names of those the certificates were issued to as this information is absolutely exempt under section 25 of the Act (absolutely exempt personal information). The reasons why that exemption applies are that: • The Cabinet Office is satisfied that the information amounts to personal data of which you are not the data subject; and

• The Cabinet Office is satisfied that disclosure of the information would contravene one of the data protection principles as set out at Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation as it applies in the Isle of Man pursuant to the Data Protection (Application of GDPR) Order 2018, namely that the Cabinet Office can only disclose the information where it would be fair, lawful and meet one of the conditions for lawful processing in Article 6 and in this case, none of those conditions have been met. Please quote the reference number 1376637 in any future communications.
