MANX SEXUAL OFFENDERS How many sexual offenders are registered on the Isle on Man presently? How many of the above are child sexual offenders? How many of the above are registered due accessing child pornography? Please can you break down for me those who have been charged with child pornography in regard to watching / distribution / creation and publishing on the island over the past 5 years? How many child sexual offenders who are registered are Manx? How many child sexual offenders who are registered are NOT Manx? How many child sexual offenders who are no longer registered still residing on the island? How many child sexual offenders are residing on the Isle of Man who are not registered but classified by IOM Constabulary as a risk to the community? How many sexual offenders have re-offended over the past 5 years - broken down by child sexual abuse and child pornography? How many child sexual offenders have received a conviction over the past 5 years? How many child sexual offenders have NOT received a conviction over the past 5 years (due to lack of evidence / witnesses / administrative errors)? This is a question that was brought to me earlier last week and I stated that I would ask the question. I fully understand that due to confidentiality you may not be able to confirm or deny this request. If this should be the case can you then confirm that xxx is residing on the island (at Jurby Prison or not) under an assumed identity? I can confirm for you that I WILL keep this information confidential as I do not wish to cause any kind of panic on the island regarding such a person. This will be kept for my information only.
