In the National Telecoms Infrastructure Committee Report September 2017, it was recommended that the Government should digitally map and maintain existing assets and networks identifying ownership so that gaps and duplication can be identified and performance optimised through unification and sharing. Please may we know whether this has been done, and if so, please could we see a copy?

"In the National Telecoms Infrastructure Committee Report September 2017, it was recommended that the Government should digitally map and maintain existing assets and networks identifying ownership so that gaps and duplication can be identified and performance optimised through unification and sharing. Please may we know whether this has been done, and if so, please could we see a copy?"
