"What is the total number of juveniles sentenced by the IOM Courts to date to custody at the Secure Unit for breach of any of the Emergency Powers Regulations 2020?"
Our response to your request is as follows: I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. In relation to COVID-19 Offences, to date there has been one case where a juvenile defendant was sentenced to custody at the Secure Unit.
