We write further to your request which was received on 22 May 2020 and which states:

"1. What is the total number of arrests of juveniles (i.e. persons under the age of 17) to date in the IOM for breach of any of the Emergency Powers Regulations 2020?"

Our response to your request is as follows: I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. The Constabulary has arrested 11 (Eleven) juveniles i.e. persons under the age of 17 for offences under the Emergency Powers Regulations 2020.
