Dear Sir or Madam Please provide the relevant policy and procedures in respect of the issue of Licence Conditions applicable to Short Term Detainees that are adhered to by teh Isle of Man Prison and Probationary Services. Such procedures are to include the procudure for their issue and calculation based on the adjudgement of a person that has been sentenced to a custodial term.
