We write further to your request which was received on 14 May 2020 and which states (sic):

"1. Minutes of all strategic board meetings since the last published on myprom website for the meeting held in January 2020. 2. Records of all correspondence between the Department (officers and political members) and Sleepwell hotels since January 2020. 3. All Correspondence between the Department and Treasury political members regarding the project since the beginning of January 2020."

1. January and February 2020 minutes are now on the MyProm Website. The minutes for the March meeting will not be signed off until the next meeting takes place. They will subsequently be published on the website. The link is below: https://www.myprom.im/plans/strategic-board-minutes-#cont 2. See Appendix 1. The personal data of third parties has been redacted from this document. This is because an exemption under section s.25 (absolutely exempt personal information) of the Act applies to that information. The reasons why that exemption applies is that: The Department of Infrastructure is satisfied that the information amounts to personal data of which you are not the data subject|; and The Department of Infrastructure is satisfied that disclosure of the information would contravene one of the data protection principles as set out in Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation as it applies in the Isle of Man pursuant to the Data Protection (Application of GDPR) Order 2018, namely that the Department of Infrastructure can only disclose the information where it would be fair, lawful and meet one of the conditions for lawful processing in Article 6 and in this case, none of those conditions have been met.

3. The Department can confirm that, after carrying out a thorough search, it does not hold any such correspondence. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold some of the information that you have requested and some of it is available I have enclosed copies of the information that is held.
