We write further to your request which was received on 11 May 2020 and which states:

Our response to your request is as follows: I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. In respect of your request, information has been previously provided in relation to this. The previous responses have the references 518536 and 692667 which can be accessed through the Freedom of Information Log by following link provided below: https://www.gov.im/about-the-government/freedom-of-information/freedom-of- information-responses/ I can also confirm that in 2019, 4 Restraint Orders were granted under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2008 in cases relating to criminal proceedings and investigations being carried out on the Isle of Man. These all remain in force. In 2020 to date 22nd May, 4 Restraint Orders have been granted under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2008 in cases relating to criminal proceedings and investigations being carried out in the Isle of Man. 3 of these all remain in force; 1 has been discharged on the application of the Attorney General.
