Our response to your request is as follows: I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
Is the Prison buying Manx made bread? We do not buy Manx bread. Who is it purchased from on the island? Robinsons. Who makes the bread and is it shipped frozen? Fletchers make the bread and it comes to the IOM frozen. Please quote the reference number 1252086 in any future communications.
