We write further to your request which was received on 9th March 2020 and which states:

"Can I have a copy of the waste licence for the 4 civic amenity sites and the Energy from waste site When was all the sites inspected to ensure compliance with the waste licences"

The information you request predates the time for information to be made available under the Freedom of Information Act, i.e. it is earlier than October 2011. We are able to release information to you under the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information however. I have attached copies of the information that is held with regards to the waste licences for the four amenity sites and the Energy from Waste Plant. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find some of the information that you have requested. There is no information held in respect of site inspections. Please quote the reference number 1217084 in any future communications.
