We write further to your request which was received on 2 March 2020 and which states:

"Can you please provide the following information on 1. the savings that has been accumulated from the inception of New Terms for New Starters to date."

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested.

How can this request be narrowed down? It is not possible to accurately identify this information. We can only say how many new starters there have been since the new terms and conditions were introduced. As for the savings, it is not possible to say as jobs and roles are changing all the time.
