Dear ###
We write further to your request which was received on 6 February 2020 and which states:
"Expenditure on road maintenance consisting of roads within the TT course since 2011 Expenditute on road maintenance consisting of roads outside the TT course since 2011"
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, under sections 11(3) practical refusal reason (a) of the Freedom of Information Act, the Department does not hold or cannot, after reasonable steps to do so, find the information to answer your question. This is because we do not record maintenance of TT roads separately to all other road maintenance work.
