We write further to your request which was received on 29 January 2020 and which states:

"Can you tell me how many staff have left the University College Isle of Man (UCM) since the new principal has been in situ and how many letter of complaints have been received against the UCM" In order to identify and locate the information that you asked for, we needed to clarify if the information that requested in the first part of your freedom of information request relates to a specific reason why staff have left UCM e.g. retirement, resignation, dismissal, etc. You advised: “How many people have resigned and how many have been dismissed” Our response to your request is as follows: Number of staff who have left UCM since September 2016 16/17 17/18 18/19 19/20 Resigned 6 10 10 6 Dismissed 0 0 0 0 Number of complaints received about UCM since September 2016 Information held by UCM: 17/18 18/19 19/20 Letters 3 3 4 Emails 5 17 10 Please note that 6 of these emails all relate to the same issue.
