Dear ###

We write further to your request which was received on 28 January 2020 and which states:

"RE: FOI 1003589 On 24th October 2019, you advised that you were at the shortlisting stage for a new marina development after receiving 3 forms of acknowledgement. Please can you advise if any/how many parties have been invited to submit detailed proposals and for which sites. Please also advise the timescale for the next stages [if] any." I have detailed below the information that is held, and for ease, we have broken down your question in to three parts: 1). 3 parties were invited to submit detailed proposals. It was open to the parties to indicate which site they wished to bid on. 2). Bids were received in relation to Douglas, Ramsey and Port St Mary harbours. 3). In relation to timescales for the next stages, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, the Attorney General’s Chambers does not hold this. It is therefore suggested that the applicant contact the Department of Infrastructure in relation to this.

Please quote the reference number 1153825 in any future communications.
