We write further to your request which was received on 22 January 2020 and which states:

"What tenders have been taken to provide IT Services to UCM? Information on the bidding process for the UCM tender and a breakdown of services provided by the winner of the tender. Cost breakdown of Storage Server hosting provided by GTS. If possible a specific breakdown on the price per terabyte of storage space provided by GTS to UCM Student Network." In order to identify and locate the information that you asked for, we needed to clarify your first question, specifically if there was a certain tender or time period that you are requesting the information for, in relation to the tenders that have been taken to provide IT Services to UCM. You advised: The specific tender period you would be looking for would be for the most recent term, so whichever is applicable to 2019-2020 current if possible. You further clarified that this was from September 2019 to the present date.
