We write further to your request which was received on 11 December 2019 and which states:

"Dear whom it may concern. I would like to find out the salary of police workers and details if there is such, of performance related pay and the deparments defintion of a a 'good performer' within such work."

Our response to your request is as follows: I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. Pay scales attached. The only additional policy on payments which can be made is captured in our Bonus Payment scheme also attached. There is no such definition of "Good performer" but the PDR process is in line with the IOM Government scheme.
