Question 1 "How many managers are employed in Nobles? Question 2 What is the top and lowest wage and what the average waste is? Clarification sought: What do you mean by manager e.g. clinical or clerical? Our response to your request is as follows: Question 1 How many managers are employed in Nobles?
As at the 31st December 2019 there were 139 people employed in Hospital Services (including Nobles and Ramsey District Cottage Hospital) in management grades with staff reporting to them.

Question 2 What are the highest and lowest wages paid to managers at Nobles and the average wage paid? The highest wage, of the above managers, either clinical or clerical based on full-time hours is £140,619. The lowest wage, based on full-time hours is £22,323.
The average wage based on occupied posts is £56,199. Please quote the reference number 1091661 in any future communications.
