We currently use cable ties to secure the clinical waste.
Question 2
What is the trust's current yearly usage of these items? An estimate in
1000s is acceptable.
Our annual usage is approximately 10,600 cable ties.
Question 3
Where does the trust currently purchase these seals?
We use our NHS supply chain for these items. The NHS Supply Chain is a UK public
body and part of the UK Department of Health and Social Care that procures and
supplies clinical consumables and medical devices to health service providers.
Question 4
What is the trust's annual expenditure on these items?
Our annual expenditure for these items is £450.00
Question 5
Who is in charge of the purchasing, and how can they best be contacted?
The Hospital Logistics Manager is in charge of purchasing and can be contacted by
e-mail dhsc@gov.im marking it for their attention.
