Original Request

Question 1 How much money has been paid out in malpractice cases involving Nobles Hospital? Question 2 How many malpractice cases have gone to court? How many have been settled out of court? Clarification sought: Regarding the term malpractice please can you define what you mean by this? It would be helpful to give an example. Please can you provide the time period you want the information for e.g. The last two years. Clarification received: I am referring to cases over the last 3 years. With regards to "malpractice", I am referring to cases of recovery of treatment/ operations being incorrectly medicated to the point of negligence resulting in further trauma/ complications. Also the miss-diagnosing of an illness.
