We write further to your request which was received on 6 November 2019 and which states:

"Please provide all reports of defects to the pavement of Port Jack, Onchan, Isle of Man to include all complaints, comments and feedback in respect of the pavement surface since 29 August 2016 received by the Department in any format or method. We operate a Highways Customer Service Database on which we record all contact from the public in respect of highways issues, whether the report is by telephone, electronic media, letter or visit to our premises. Any issues reported by staff members would also go onto this database. We have searched the database for issues reported/work done at Port Jack and the results are shown below, with a copy attached of the actual printout (redacted to remove personal identifiers). Also shown are the details of the work undertaken in response to these issues and the records of inspections of this area done by the Highways Inspector.
