We write further to your request which was received on 31 October 2019 and which states (sic): 1. “What was the reason for the failure of the concrete 2. Is the Contractor on time, how long is it behind 3. Is the Dept aware of financial difficulties of the main contract, what action is taken to resolve it”. The answers to your questions are as follows: 1. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, under section 20 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you, whether free of charge or on payment of a fee.
