We write further to your request which was received on 11 October 2019 and which states:
"Please can you advise how many expressions of interest for the development of a new marina in the Isle of Man were received by the closing date on 28th August 2019. Please also advise what the next steps are in the process following any submissions along with any indication of where development has been proposed for."
Our response to your request is as follows: 1. Twenty (20) Expressions of Interest were registered, but of these, only three (3) submitted Forms of Acknowledgement showing interest in Ramsey, Douglas and Port St Mary. 2. The project is following Isle of Man Government Financial regulations (specifically FPN C.06, FPN C.08 and FPN C.10) and is now at the pre- qualification (shortlisting) stage. 3. Depending on responses to the shortlisting stage, parties may be invited to submit detailed proposals.
