I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information act

Please can you provide the following information relating to school suspensions within the Isle of Man primary & secondary schools.

The total number of pupil suspensions issued in each of the last three academic years.

The number of pupils suspended during this period who were identified as having additional educational needs, special educational needs, or who are diagnosed as neurodivergent for example autism, ADHD, where such information is held.

Where available, a breakdown of suspension length for pupils identified as having additional educational needs.

Any recorded policies, guidance, or frameworks currently used by schools when considering suspension of pupils with additional educational needs or neurodivergent conditions.
