I request information in relation to the following Castletown food businesses listed; The George Hotel, Kizuna, Time Out Noodle Bar and The Garrison. Namely:
Dates of food hygiene and other premises inspection visits conducted at these premises since 1st January 2019; and
Copies of all information relating to such inspections. This includes but is not limited to inspection reports, photographic images, enforcement notices and other guidance/advice provided subsequent to a visit, follow up communication between establishment and DEFA etc; and
If the listed establishments were not registered as of 1 January 2019 or have in the period up until the date of this request ceased operation the dates of registration/deregistration as a food business.
