In accordance with the subject act a list should be available of Registered Estate Agents. The Estate Agent pays a fee to be on the list, he signs an acknowledgement on the document that "Some of the information will be included in the publicised Register of Estate Agents". The last publication was 2018 since then the OFT has not published and upon request refused to publish for 2020. This is not in the interests of the Consumer protection or industry engagement/regulation, it is also contrary to the legislation.
